Getting more into my cycling and I need to get some decent thighs (especially having seen the Olympic track sprinters who have 27″ thighs). Problem is, the heaviest free weights available at the work gym I go to is a pair of 20kg / 44lb dumbbells, which are fine for bicep curls, but don’t really help that much with squats. Are there any other exercises that I can be doing to try and build some tree-trunk legs? What about lunges? The leg extension machine only seems to work the front quadriceps. Do deadlifts help develop hamstrings?

ok can any you maximuscle sellers or general public let me know the actual science behind Thermobol. how does it help burn fat? can this be explained by anyone or is it just a gimmick like most fat burner pills

What supplements to use?

hey, i’m after some advice on what is the best supplement to use? I’ve read a lot about ‘bulking up’ supplements, but i’m already a big guy. I’ve started weight and cardio training 4 - 6 times a week, and although i want to lose some of my weight i don’t want to lose any muscle, and in turn develope some more?

ANY IDEAS?

diet

i train about 4 - 5 days a week a combination of the gym which includes about 30 mins of cardio and weight training also aerobics classes and swimming once a week im slim weighing about 9st i have really toned legs bum and arms but my waist isn’t as flat as id like and doesn’t match the rest of my athletic physique i think it must be my diet.
8am - toast
10am - fruit
12noon - soup
3pm - oatabix
8pm - some tea which is different every day

im37 years old and have shot up to 19 stone from 15 i am doing cardio 5 days a week and have been doing for 6 weeks now but the weight loss is slow ant suggestions?
