I am just starting a new gym routine. It includes doing bicep and tricep workouts, would it affect the growth of my biceps and triceps if I then did chest and shoulder workouts straight afterwards but then recovered for 6 days.
i have been given some protien that is a year out of date , will this be still alright ?

I have a question about Creatine: Im currently weight training 3 times per week, aswell as playing football once per week, middle distance running (5-7 miles one per week) and high intensity circuit training once per week.
Im currently taking 24g of whey protein per day, and Im looking into Creatine to help build lean muscle mass. Is it ok to take this at the same time as whey protein? If so, what type of Creatine shoudl I be taking?

Hey how are you. I workout 5 days a week. I have been doing 3 sets of 10 for about a year now. 2 weeks ago i decided to switch to 2 sets of 25 to get some mucsle confusion…so when i go back to doing 3 sets of 10 i see a big difference. How long do i have to do the 2 sets of 25 before i can go back to 3 sets of 10. Thank you

is it ok to work my chest twice a week?
if i do 1 day with heavy barbell work and the next day (2 days later) with more dumbell work (flys, presses, pullovers)
One of the guys in work suggested wearing a sweat vest under my jersey during both cardio and weight training. Seemingly although you lose fluid, you also lose more fat as it burns off fat at 43 degrees. When you rehydrate after the workout, you recover your fluid but the fat stays off. Is there any truth to this or is it just a marketing gimmick?
