I am currently doing a H.I.T workout regime and I am trying to bulk. However I do not want a large belly and this seems to be happening rather quickly with the protein shakes etc Iam taking. I am also trying to shift my Love handles, does anyone have any suggestions or advice, thanks.
Hi all. Can anyone tell me what the best way is to get rid of stretch marks? Or a way to reduce or stop stretch marks from appearing. Any input will be greatly appreciated

I am 33 yr old female traing for half marathon and I am concerned with the amount of protien and carbs intake. Do I need to keep the same intake schedule on the days I cross train, or circuit train?
Can anyone recommend a good website/store to purchase a decent cross trainer or treadmill, that is built to last like you would get in a gym.
Cheers
I have recently read an article on this site,
“To build muscle, you need at least 48 hours of rest between training sessions for a given muscle group for beginners. Advance trainers may need up to 5 days recovery.”
Here is the question:
How much training is classified as a beginner and advanced trainer?
Based on your advice, would the following workout plan be considered having enough rest?
Monday: Chest, Bicep, tricep
Tuesday: Back, Shoulder
Wednesdy: rest
Thurday: same as monday
Friday: rest
Satursay: same as Tuesday.
Sunday: rest
Thanks in advance

Im training hard in the gym, playing soccer and doing thai boxing once a week as well.
My gym routine is a 2-3 days a week, concentrating on a 2 day spilt routine using free weights and compound exercises.
I was wondering what are the best exercises to help tone up the lower abs, the tops of my abs are doing well but the lower section dont seem to get a good workout. Any suggestions?
i am interested in the effects that donating blood would have on a weight trainer
what would the be the time I would need to recover before i could train after a donation and would there be any negative effects for a weight trainer?
Would taking supplements like Creatine exclude me from donating and if not would i need to alter my suppliments for the donation period?
