allergys

Hi,

Hope you can help me I have an allergy to egg and nuts and would like to get some supplements for my training I am trying to source some that would help me for building muscle.

Could you help at all? Or advise ? this would be much appreciated.

please suggest -increase power

i am working out since the last two months but my prime problem was my unability to increase my strength throughout.I feel i am not able to lift weights of the same potential as my counterparts.
my instructor ays i lack power..please suggest me a remedy to increase power..i have a good diet with a proper breakfast and go to the gym regularly

Please help

I am just about to start weight training I have done some weight training in the past but have never achieved my goals, the problem is I am now 47 and don’t want to look stupid in the gym. My question is am I to old to develop my body now or can I still live the dream.

Hi all,

Does anyone else have one arm slightly longer than the other?.

I’ve become aware that my right arm is slightly longer than the left, therefore my right bicep is longer than my left, will my bicep muscles develop differently or weird?

how often to change routines

hey all,
i workout 3 times a week, i recently hit a kind of plateau. what i decided to do was change my routine weekly. example…shoulders…instead of doing the same reps and sets every week i change from reps of 12 to 8 or do supersets or dropsets. each week i choose something different from the previous week. i stick to the same excersises tho, but maybe put them in different order. usually starting with the big compound movements before a few isolation movements, sometimes now i do it the other way around. i try to keep my muscles guessing whats coming next. it seems to be working but i want to ask is do ye think that there is to much change in that system

Hello, can anyone tell me whats the difference between Cyclone and Progain? I already take Promax but also want a supplement to help me build bigger muscles? They both seem to do the same thing so which would be best?

creatine and fat burners

i have been on a weight loss programe for the last 3 months doing interval training and have lost around 2 stone and taken my body fat from 24 to 18%. i leveled off at 80kg so started a new way to attack the fat as i have been told that lean muscle will burn more calories throughout the day. i have now been doing weights for 2 days a week and interval for 2 days. i have been taking Promax diet as my protien supplement and have now decided to start using Creatine to aid the muscle gains and speed up the process. my problem is this, people are saying to me that by using Creatine i will put weight on( and fat ) because when building muscle you need to up the calorie intake. so is it a good idea to take Thermobol as a fat burner to keep burning the fat whilst im building the muscle.
please help with this

mesurments

hi all im just wondering and im sure im not the only one to have had this problem but could someone please tell me how to get the right mesurments for my formula with out the scoop please i need to add 5 scoops (100 grams) of weaight ganner to a pint of water the problem is i dont have the scoop ? is there enougher simple way i could get the right mesurment ?

Weight training machines

Hey all, some advice would be very much appreciated on this. I know you can’t beat a decent set of weights for training but how does everyone feel about weight training machines? I recently purchased a Body By Jake Gravity Force Trainer & have been using it for the past 3 weeks. I am also taking Promax twice a day and have already noticed my body shaping up. I’m not very overweight but losing the bit of flab around my waistline and toning up ready to be beach-fit is my overall purpose. Has anyone used this machine before and how did they feel about using it? p.s I don’t have any room to keep weights in the house. Cheers :-)
