Dear muscle bulletin users.
i have quite a lot of fat on my whole stomach and also i have fat on my side of the waist(love handles).
what could i do to get rid of all of it or most of it so that when i look at my stomach i can see packs (muscle) and also when i look at the side of my stomach/waist i would be happy cos i have love handles.
i am 16 years old and i have a %bodyfat of 19.5%.

I read that setting small, realistic goals are more achievable the one big one. on this advice my goals are: tone up, reduce bodyfat, get fitter.
my question is this, could anyone let me no the best order to complete these goals in, and how i am to do it? Routine examples would be awesome and suggestions for cv work would be much appriciated.
my setbacks are full time university so i could only go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

hi i want to body build my upper body when i started weights it was fine i was on different types of protein and it was fine but since i have got Cyclone when i do weights my muscles have started to ache and i can’t do many as i could do when i first started why is this please help thanks yours faithfully martin

Happy new year
I am a 24 year old female & would like a nice toned tummy & side area I do go to the gym but dont really see the results I want! Mybe I am doing some thing wrong. I would like some advise on good diets or even supplements to tone up also the only place that I need to tone is my tummy area & sides as over areas are ok as I am petit.
