i play rugby alot and am also a royal marine. i have to have a good level of CV fitness for my job and sport but i wish to get more power in my rugby tackles and overall game. I have been training hard to improve this but want to start taking protein to increase muscle power but not size as i am happy with my build.I have heard that Creatine can affect your running performance and naturakky i stay clear of it. However, someone recommended me to take Cyclone because of its properties but i know it contains Creatine so am worried.So, can you tell me whether taking Cyclone wil affect my running and if i should go with Promax?bearing in mind, i dont wish to increase in size, just become leaner and more powerful?

My g f is concerned about her Thermobol dose she thinks that 3 a day is too much for a girl and only takes 2, is this suitable for her?
She is currently drinking Promax diet and Thermobol as part of a good diet and regularly exercises 4 times a week.
She is 5.3ft and around 7 stone 11 or so, her concerns are as she is small she will be hyper at work and make a fool of her self, lol, she currently takes two and feels shakey,
I tell her its because she only has taken it a day or so and her body is not used to it yet.
Any advice please??????

Hey, Is it true that the body can only absorb approx 30 grams of protein at any one time? So when eating a 12oz steak only half of the protein in this will be absorbed and half wasted?
Also does anyone use Creatine ethyl ester? If so do you belive it works better than Creatine monohydrate?

At the minute I’m stuggling to follow and maintain my diet plan because of work commitments. I’m looking to gain some weight and am meant to be taking Cyclone in the morning as part of my plan but never get chance to mix it- not even if I bring the powder in in a shaker. Is it absolutely necessary to drink it as soon as you mix it or could you prepare the drink early morning for me to drink whilst working?
Any other tips on how to maintain your diet plan whilst not disrupting your life/work would be appreciated.
Is it possible for a 130 18 year old kid to bulk up without using supplements. or will my genetics keep me from getting big, only allowing me to get super toned??
I have been going to the gym for several months now and I have managed to pack on some muscle which was one of my main aims. I now desperately want to get some definition. In terms of the physique I am looking for, it is the cover model physique and I would really appreciate your views on what I now need to do to get some results definition-wise! I am in reasonable shape so I do not feel that I need to lose fat as such, but I am prepared to do what it takes both in terms of diet and work at the gym to get results. I go to the gym twice a week and have a reasonable diet. As always, any comments/ideas for the gym/diet suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks, alex09
hi, i know your max. heart rate is 220 - your age. but… me and 2 friends train together, we are all 26, we all monitor our heart rate while doing and 1-1 interval on the bike for 20min, (1min hard 1 min easy) we keep the rpm exactly the same as each others. my heart rate always seems to be much higher the other twos. mine after my hard min mine goes up to about 198 bpm occasionally higher. the other two are on about 165. could you tell me why this is? is it good or bad?
I am 5′9 and 150LBS, I just started stacking weight gainer and Creatine to gain muscle mass but I also want my abs to show more(they already show a little). How often and how long should I do cardio in order to lose the little fat around my abs and keep gaining muscle?
How can I lose the fat in my lower stomach. Even when losing weight this is a ver stubborn place. What would you recommend?
