Please help
hi my names hashim.
i need help because i have got fat on my abdominals/belly and also i have got fat on the side where the love handles normally are and i need help on getting rid of this. i also need help because my aim is to get to about 10% body fat in total on my whole body within 6 months because at the moment i have 19% body fat. At the end of this i want to have an upper body that looks like sakio bika(winner of contender 3) or jay cutler but maybe not as big as jay cutler but bigger than sakio bika. And a lower body that looks like jonnie jackson or ronnie coleman but not as big as them.

I am looking to cut weight and I was wondering if it is OK to eat fruit during the day (ie not after a workout) or should I stay off fruit as it is unecessary sugar.
Anyone who could answer this much appreciated.
i am 16 years old (male) a am 139lbs. Also 6ft tall and hae 27 inch waist. Eery bf test i take, i come up with the results somewhere between 7-10. Howeer, i had always thought that a bf that low would mean my abs would show. Are the results wrong? Or am i just being paranoid? When i was about 12 went on a harsh diet (1400 cals) lots of running. Thats how i am so light. i know i burned a lot a muscle.
Im not sure if these are muscles but I was wondering what exercises make these bigger…
Their mainly shown on guys their the ones down by the crotch that kind of make a v and go in to the crotch area… alot of male models have very defined ones… heres a link to a picture…

hi im 40 years young really never worked out, slim but would like to bulk up, what exerices should i do to get fit.
Hi guys, i’ve been a vegetarian for 12 years and am now looking to get fit and get bigger, however due to my diet i lack a lot of protein to add muscle growth, could someone list the best protein filled foods that aren’t meat?

I was wandering if anyone could help me. I’ve been traing hard for over a year now and i liked the results i was seeing. However, even though i can see an ‘hint’ of a six pack, there is still a layer of fat which is hard to shift. i’ve changed my diet by compiling different examples form this site and leading health mags but it is still there.
Would any one be able to give me some advice as to how i could shift it?
Also, I’ve recently heard that eating a lot of fruit can be stored as fat and i’m concerned if this is the case.
