i am only size 6-8 5ft but i still suffer with a belly (lower abs), i cant find any exercise to get fid of it, i swim each day but this doesnt seem to help… any ideas??
has any one used the Ache Free caps which is ment to soothe muscle soreness or stop any aching from a work out, am intrested about them but not sure,

I tore my trapezius in an accident about a year ago and have just been given the all clear to start exercising fully gain where as previously I could only train legs. How can I ease myself back into a training routine and what should avoid like the plague?
the past year or two i’ve mastered getting a good muscle size and a good combination of slow twitch fiber from heavy weight training 3 times a week and fast twitch fiber from outdoor circuit training 2 times a week:involving running bursts from checkpoint to checkpoint. However, although i’m happy with my general fitness levels i’m still having a small battle stripping the last tiny bit of fat off my abs which is annoying cause i train them regularly and i’ve only had little amount of success from dieting,maximuscle Thermobol and the bit of cardio that comes in my circuit training.any training or supplements you can advise? it may sound petty but it feels like my final hurdle if i can introduce something to sort it i’d be over the moon?

Could somebody please provide a simple reply to clarify the following:
As someone new to the gym/working out, please could somebody explain in simple terms the difference between gaining muscle and losing fat and the different ways that these two can be achieved, as I believe the two are considered as different goals.
Also, what is the role of protein and carbohydrates and are both equally required to lose fat and/or gain muscle?
Any clarification or advice, however obvious it might seem, would be much appreciated.

Hi, my goal is to lose fat as i have fat stored under my thighs, hips i am confused on what sort of training to follow. I am currently taking supplements for fat loss i.e isatori’s MX-LS7 (its the improved version of lean system 7) and with some weight training. what sort of training would you recommend me and should i skip to some other supplment that is more effective?

I work out three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday and rest Saturday and Sunday. Is what I eat on Sunday still fueling muscle growth from my workout on Friday?

I have recently recovered from a hernia operation which stopped me playing rugby (union) for a few years. I’ve just joined a local team and have started training reguarly. I really want to get back to 1st team rugby. In the time I’ve been off I’ve lost a lot of muscle and put on some excess midrift weight.
What products / stack would help my building up whilst improving my overall game? I would really like to lose fat and gain muscle and speed - I’ve bought the speed and strength stack but I also noticed there was another one for Hull RL. Which would be better overall and can I swap between them?
How long should I use one stack for?!?

want to know wheather I should eat b4 my 13k run at 6.30 am. I take with me a glucose drink and felt comfortable the whole time, am aiming to lose a little more body fat but obviously don’t want to have an impact on my muscles as I enjoy weight training and boxing as well.

hey, i workout each bodypart once per week. 4 workouts per week and walk for an hour my off days. just wondering regards chest routines..is it wise to split chest routines to upper one day and midddle and lower on another day or is that overtraining it. should i just stick to one chest workout per week and divide it up during that session or work upper and lower on different days. thanks
