I have been training for a year now, recently I have started taking CEE 3-5grms before training and I am also using Cyclone 60grms before training and a protein shake after training, I have been told that I am overdosing on Creatine, as I am using CEE and Creatine is in Cyclone.
Can this be true overdosing on Creatine and what effects does this have.
Please help.

i have just started following the 3 day a week plan. my aim is to tone up and not put on too much muscle. The first days workout is all really on the legs and i am unsure if this is needed for my goal? do you think it would be more beneficial to me if i done the same exercises for 2 days so i could encorporate more of the upper body workouts?
is eating 6 small meals a day vital aswell? i understand i need to make lifestyle changes because at the moment i only eat 2 meals a day. i understand i need to eat more regularly to increase metabolism but could i just increase it to 4?

Any suggestions for wreight training witha broken fifth metacarpal (pinky). Its strapped up with ring finger and I was told I can train once i dont use it to grip, by both doctor and physio.

wonder if you can help me, Im 5′8 165lbs and im struggling to eat 6 meals a day and im finding im eating more protien than carbs as i dont have enough appetite to eat the 1.5 grams of protien and 2 grams of carbs per lb of bodyweight. I am taking Cyclone but dont seem to be gaining weight in fact im losing it. I have been training 5 weeks and have had some good gains and i am starting to get definition but i seem to have stopped growing. I think my problem is im getting the protien intake right but not getting enough carbs hence why im losing weight. Any advise guys
I have a flat ab area above my belly button but need to flatten the ab area below it. Any recommendations?

This is my first post so be gentle with me.
I have been training now for about 5 weeks and have seen some good gains and starting to see definition, however i have just started my second week of Cyclone but have not gained any weight at all in fact i have lost a pound. I am training hard but to no avail. Do i need just to give it more time. What results should i be looking for at this stage or am i being greedy. I am 5′8 and weigh 168lbs have a little on my belly to shift how does this weight to height ratio work out. hope you can make sence of this message.
Hi,
I have just started using a protein powder with 10g of Glutamine per serving, it recommends having 3 shakes a day, which would mean I am taking in 30g Glutamine a day. I also have a L-Glutamine powder which I am going to be taking 3 times a day.
Is this to much? This is going to be the first time I have used this supplement.
Also,this might be a stupid question, but is there a difference between L-Glutamine and Glutamine?

Incline Dumbbell Press
Lying Dumbbell Flyes
Incline Dumbbell Flyes
I am adding mass to my chest really well since I started using this routine with Cyclone and I am pleased with the results. However, my gym does not have a cable crossover machine and I really want to know an excersise for adding mass to the inside parts of my pecs - closest to the middle of my chest.
Any help appreciated.
