can anyone recommend a weight routine that compliments kickboxing training twice a week? im mostly interested in getting a bit stronger. thanks

hi i was just wondering is it possible to add muscle and lose fat at the same time? i have a little layer of fat around the bottom of my stomach and its annoying me, though i am trying to gain weight through weight training is it possible to lose this fat by doing cardio 1st thing in the morning before breakfast?

Hello , i was wondering if you could help me.
Im 27 years old , i weigh between 185-190 lbs (13 st), i’m in good shape. I used to work out alot , and play sports. But recently with work and time constraints, i havent been able to hit the gym like i used to. My aim isn’t to gain or lose weight, But to look develop a more muscular physique and get the beloved six pack. Could you possibly suggest a routine that’ll help me achieve my goals?

ive really slacked off this summer and i go on holiday in less than 4 weeks and im still too skinny, too weak and have the body of a ten year old, even though im 18. does anybody know of any exercises that i can do and what foods i could eat to quickly shed my small belly and look abit bulkier before i go on holiday?

The left hand side of my chest is looking more developed than my right side(I am right handed) how can I balance it out.
I have been a regular in the gym for a few years and recently decided to do a strict 12 week plan to increase my size. I did a different body part a day for 6 days a week doing 4 exercises on each body part 4 sets of 12,10,8 and 6 reps increasing the weight the smaller the reps. This worked a treat and i increased size with the help of protien supps!! The size and shape of my left chest is where i want it but sadly the right is looking deflated in comparison.
How can I get the right side pumped up??
I have long arms and have been lowering the bar to just above my chest and keeping tech good. I have noticed people saying people with long arms should not lower the bar to low and only let your elbows go an inch below your chest, but it looks like I am cheating by not lowering it further!!
any help will be appreciated
