Hey Im confused with so many conflicting answers from “specialists” ok problem is - Im 6′6” tall, 31 years old, my weight is stupidly high 301 lbs i have a 56inch chest and relatively thin limbs eg arms relaxed 15” except of course the stomach and the overhang (yuk need to get rid off) now my doctors said NOT to do weights but diet and cardio, the nutritionalist said DO weights and slowly adjust diet, several gym instructors have their own mix of answers- take this, do that, kiss a goats arse (well not that one but might as well be)- my goal is to get to a good shape loose the dreaded stomach some good definition on the arms shoulders legs etc but i dont expect a six pack or an Arnie/Joe Weider physique - WHAT DO I DO PLEASE POINT ME IN THE MOST APPROPRIATE DIRECTION thank you (sorry it isn’t the shortest of messages lol)

The end of the club rugby season is due at the end of the month and I have from May unitl 1st July 09 to bulk up more and become stronger as well as maintaining my athlectic ability. I play backrow and sometimes put in as second row, i weigh 102kg and 6′2. i want to add at least another half stone in the off season. please could you provide me with some training tips/routines for adding this size as well as stenght and being rugby specific. is the 5% solution a good one? i also take Promax and Creatamax 300 as well as a good diet.

I am doing two heavy cardio sessions a week to try and burn off the excess guts that I dont need, but im finding that even though im still doing a moderate routine mon/wed/fri I seem to be losing muscle mass as well. What can I do?? Or is it a case of burn off fat then start again with the size and definition?
hi, i go to the gym a lot, about 3 to 4 times a week, for the last few 2 years, but i cant seem to lose my gut, it drives me mad, it only a small gut but i cant seem to get rid of it, can you help???
Hi, what about some training routines for us cellar and garage trainers who do not have access to machines just plates, bars and a couple of benches. Tried a few gyms and just cannot stand the posers and time wasters so its into the cellar. I’ve been a customer with Maximuscle for a few years, great products, superb service.

I am a Diabetic 54 years old still in pretty good shape,I weigh 14 st 5lb I just want to tone up my muscles a bit, My height is 6 ft Is there any other diabetics who are in the same boat.
