i am 16 years old (male) a am 139lbs. Also 6ft tall and hae 27 inch waist. Eery bf test i take, i come up with the results somewhere between 7-10. Howeer, i had always thought that a bf that low would mean my abs would show. Are the results wrong? Or am i just being paranoid? When i was about 12 went on a harsh diet (1400 cals) lots of running. Thats how i am so light. i know i burned a lot a muscle.
Hi guys, i’ve been a vegetarian for 12 years and am now looking to get fit and get bigger, however due to my diet i lack a lot of protein to add muscle growth, could someone list the best protein filled foods that aren’t meat?

I was wandering if anyone could help me. I’ve been traing hard for over a year now and i liked the results i was seeing. However, even though i can see an ‘hint’ of a six pack, there is still a layer of fat which is hard to shift. i’ve changed my diet by compiling different examples form this site and leading health mags but it is still there.
Would any one be able to give me some advice as to how i could shift it?
Also, I’ve recently heard that eating a lot of fruit can be stored as fat and i’m concerned if this is the case.

hi all,
i’m wondering whether any of you guys buy egg whites (bottled or in cartons). I’ve found a couple of online retailers and shops in London and some cities, but I’d just like to check whether anybody knows of a supermarket that sells this before i drive in and out of the city on a regular basis.

I work out three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday and rest Saturday and Sunday. Is what I eat on Sunday still fueling muscle growth from my workout on Friday?
hi first time post, im a little overweight and could do with shifting some fat from my belly. training goin well at the gym doing a 4 day split. general diet - breakfast oats and a protein shake, mid morning 50g rice & chicken breast, dinner 50g rice & chicken breast, protein shake after gym, tea meat with veg and a protein shake at bedtime. i dont seem to be losing weight or gaining much muscle. any advice would be good, thanks.

wonder if you can help me, Im 5′8 165lbs and im struggling to eat 6 meals a day and im finding im eating more protien than carbs as i dont have enough appetite to eat the 1.5 grams of protien and 2 grams of carbs per lb of bodyweight. I am taking Cyclone but dont seem to be gaining weight in fact im losing it. I have been training 5 weeks and have had some good gains and i am starting to get definition but i seem to have stopped growing. I think my problem is im getting the protien intake right but not getting enough carbs hence why im losing weight. Any advise guys
Regarding the sports bars that are available for size/muscle/definition, when is the best time to eat these? I am unclear whether they are most beneficial directly before a workout or straight afterwards. Thanks
I am in my thirties and have been weight training on and off for many years. I have used weight training to aid me with martial arts and cycling/running but nothing too serious. As such I have never seen very many serious muscle gains. I have decided to weight train as a hobby in its own right and try to build a better body.
I have changed my diet and started training each body part once per week. I have noticed more gains over the last month than ever before, but nothing amazing as yet (but I’m sure it will come with patience and hard training).
My questions are: Can you eat too much protein and how long should you take Creatine monohydrate for before taking a break (and how long a break)?
I have started eating more protein and taking two Maximuscle Cyclone drinks per day.
Example day: I have eggs for breakfast (when I have time), I eat a chicken breast for a mid-morning break, then a Cyclone drink a little later. Lunch is a chicken breast/granary bread salad sandwich with a pasta salad, and afternoon is a protein bar. Another Cyclone drink early evening and dinner a chicken breat with jacket potato/rice/pasta and vegetables.
NB when I say chicken breast I do alternate this with tuna, pork, beef, etc. Plus nuts and other small protein snacks during the day.
So I am 133lbs so need about 133g of protein per day. With the food I am eating, drinks and bars I am probably eating about 240g+
Does this mean I am eating too much? Will it cause damage to my body?
Also, the Creatine in Cyclone. Do I need a break?
