injury /operation on bicep tendon

hi there,
i have had recent operation on long head bicep tendon on only right arm, not caused by training but from car accident 3 years ago.
ive been making great progress thanks to maximuscle meal and training plans and products over the last six months really added on and toned by weight training 3days a week and running.
i wonder can you give me advice on how to gently get the arm back slowly? or anyone experienced this?

Regaining muscle

I have been going to gym and weight training for 4 months and managed to put on over half a stone. I was seriosuly ill last week and have lost all that weight/muscle and its noticable. How long will it take me to put it back on? This has been really demotivating as it feels all this hard work has been wasted. I have heard however you can put that muscle and weight back on quite quickly as its nothing like the same as starting from scratch. Could you clear this up for me?

Please help me, Anyone

Hi I weigh at 10,10 with a fat % of 11. I’m going on holiday in august now i’ve started doing a 2 day split which is mon,tues,thurs and fri with abs on mon and thurs. My question is i stick to it will i have a beach body by august and is there any products that can help me. If anyone could help me i would greatly applicate it thank you

What can I do?

Hi Guys I really hope you can help me with this. Ive been on before but never got around to working out or anything.

Its been along time since I did some serious exercise and my diet is awful- fatty fried foods, chocolates, the lot! I was walking the other day and was losing my breath, Im only 19 and still thin but its a disgrace how unfit I am.

I was hoping some of you could recommend to me ways in which I can change my diet, what I should and should not be eating. Could you recommend any exrecises that I should do. I think Ill join a gym to sort this out. I want to get back in shape, I used to be a pretty good runner and would like to get back to that. I have a very weak body and Im very self conscious about it. What would you suggest I do to BULK UP, so that I can have a six pack and broader shoulders and a much better physique?

i’m 30 and have been really lazy for about 6 months i need to get back in to shape i use to be 11 stone but now i am 12.5 stone and i’m 172cm tall what can i do to get back into shape fast , i feel so lazy and tired alot .

blood donations

i am interested in the effects that donating blood would have on a weight trainer

what would the be the time I would need to recover before i could train after a donation and would there be any negative effects for a weight trainer?

Would taking supplements like Creatine exclude me from donating and if not would i need to alter my suppliments for the donation period?

Bulking up

Is it possible for a 130 18 year old kid to bulk up without using supplements. or will my genetics keep me from getting big, only allowing me to get super toned??

I have been going to the gym for several months now and I have managed to pack on some muscle which was one of my main aims. I now desperately want to get some definition. In terms of the physique I am looking for, it is the cover model physique and I would really appreciate your views on what I now need to do to get some results definition-wise! I am in reasonable shape so I do not feel that I need to lose fat as such, but I am prepared to do what it takes both in terms of diet and work at the gym to get results. I go to the gym twice a week and have a reasonable diet. As always, any comments/ideas for the gym/diet suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks, alex09
