We are regularly being emailed with questions about training and nutrition but as a free service we just don’t have the resources to answer everyone’s questions. We know some of you have a wealth of knowledge and experience so we’ve put together this Q&A section to allow you to post answers to some of your fellow trainers questions. Alternatively, if you’ve got a question that needs answering, this is the place to ask it.
So, if you’ve got a question or think you know the answer to someone’s query … register now and get involved in the Muscle Bulletin community. The registration will allow you to comment on all of the upcoming areas of the Muscle Bulletin family of websites.
When you’ve asked a question, or just want to track a topic that interests you, click the RSS link to set up a desktop feed and receive the answers direct to your browser.
