What supplements to use?


hey, i’m after some advice on what is the best supplement to use? I’ve read a lot about ‘bulking up’ supplements, but i’m already a big guy. I’ve started weight and cardio training 4 - 6 times a week, and although i want to lose some of my weight i don’t want to lose any muscle, and in turn develope some more?

ANY IDEAS?

    If your already a big fella than dont worry about a weight gainer. If you want to lose abit of weight but aint dead serious about it than dont bother taking a fat burner just add cardio and ajust your diet. The best thing to take for adding muscle whilst wanting to lose abit of weight is Promax which is basically pure protein. Take this after a workout and 4 a meal if you want. Dont waste money on supplements unless you got a serrious and specific goal.
