diet
i train about 4 - 5 days a week a combination of the gym which includes about 30 mins of cardio and weight training also aerobics classes and swimming once a week im slim weighing about 9st i have really toned legs bum and arms but my waist isn’t as flat as id like and doesn’t match the rest of my athletic physique i think it must be my diet.
8am - toast
10am - fruit
12noon - soup
3pm - oatabix
8pm - some tea which is different every day

you need some protein !!!

protein intake is important along with more excercises concerntrating on the abs area..

Yes you definatly need more protein and dont forget about vegtables. Dont stick to the same meals every day. Its all about shocking your body, if you eat the same things at the same times day in and day out youll never get far. Your timing of your meals is good just try diferent things each day that are low calorie but high in protein. Keep up the cardio and weights aswell.
