my weight has gone from 15 stone to 19 stone
im37 years old and have shot up to 19 stone from 15 i am doing cardio 5 days a week and have been doing for 6 weeks now but the weight loss is slow ant suggestions?

It sounds like you are doing way too much cardio. Which can be detrimental to the results you are after and can in fact do the oppersite.
The best cardio to do is high intensity interval training (HIIT) such as sprinting. For example mark out a 40m stretch and sprint as fast and as hard as you can to the end walk back and rest for about a minute and repeat for 7-10 times.
Do this three to four times a week aswell as eating correctly and you will notice results in no time.

Dont forget about weight training this is really good 4 getting in2 shape. Eat your meals every 2 - 3 hours and make sure there high in protein. Cut out carbs in the evening when you wont b active. Stick to healthy fats and if you can do cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach.
