Cutting down weigh training sensibly to avoid fat gain
Ok so I do 2 Body Pump sessions per week and have noticed I respond to this quite well, ahve built some muscle but my partener isnt too happy with some areas of my figure now, I appear to have pecs for example! My legs are looking abit bigger as well, and all I really wanted was to tone up, I dont want to bulk out, so basically I am wanting to stop the weight raining, despite my love for it. My question is, how do I do this without gaining fat? Should I cut my food intake down? I dont eat extra to support my training, I have 3 meals a day, and 3 snacks, I have a busy day job so I have to eat more. I’m 5′2, and weight 47kg.
PLease advise!!
thanks

i saw a difference fairly quickly, didnt gain any weight but started seieng some tone, then about a month or so later i started to really see change, like pecs showing and generally broader shouldered, and my legs are looking a bit more muscular…

Do you take any supplments? if you do, stick with Promax, you need protein to keep your muscles, Creatine or any other weight gainer makes you bulk up. Also cut your daily calories intake, but make sure you keep to healthy eating, your food still have to be ballanced so you won’t gain any fat.
