L Glutamine
Hi,
I’ve just started using L-Glutamine powder, and the first time i used it i mixed 5g with a fizzy bottle of lucozade. Immediately it started to fizz up and froth started to pour out the bottle, it only lasted about 10 seconds but it made me wonder if the fizz in the drink had altered the L Glutamine some how and perhaps ruined it making it useless?

i have been looking into doing a study on glutamine for my sports science major project for uni next year and as far as i know glutamine is meant to be mixed with water. im not sure about the effect of the lucozade on the powder but id advise you mix it with water. its tasteless and odourless so should taste just like water which isnt a bad thing at all. hope it helps
