Arms
I don’t overtrain and I’ve gotten stronger in my arms but they have gotten significantly smaller over the past month, I was wondering if anyone had an answer.

Has your diet remained the same? as lack of nutrition could be the answer, overtraining is normally the cause but if you believe your not then nutrition is the answer however dont forget that your biceps for exmaple are synigists (Assisting muscle group) in most back exercises so your may be overtraining without knowing it??
