Getting Ripped
Hi, can anyone tell me the ideal programme to get proper ripped ie definition, veins etc. I know diet will play a big part, but just wanted to know if there was a specific routine.

Hey Buddy,
In order to be fully ripped you really need less than 5% to 8% body fat. Stick with the weights but do some cardio for weight loss. Diet needs to be HUGE in your life now and so you need to be cutting back on saturated fats and sugars and sticking with plenty of protein and good carbohydrates.
The veins and muscles in your body will become more apparent as you lose weight, and continue to do weight training. Again its all about weight loss really.
Hope this helps
