hi.

can anyone help because i need help on knowing how to lose weight(fat) from my stomach, side of my stomach(love handles), arms and legs please.
however i only have access to a skipping rope, medicine ball, bench press bar and weights, dumbells, barbells, squat machine, and a all in one machine and also a hall that has two long pads for kicking, boxing, etc. and also the hall has boxing mitts,etc.

    Hey Buddy,

    The human body will NOT allow spot reduction in weight. So you cannot lose weight from particular parts of the body, no matter what exercise you are doing. Weight is lost throughout the body at exactly the same time.

    The best way to lose this weight is quite simply CARDIO, CARDIO and more CARDIO. Weights will help you tone underneath the flab, and will NOT make you look even fatter (which is a big myth out there). Also the bigger the muscle you have the more calories you burn when you exercise. However I would only do weights once a week and concentrate on CARDIO, the best form of weight LOSS through CARDIO is to simply get running on a tread mill or out on the streets.

    More calories are lost from the treadmill than any other gym equipment, as it uses the majority of the muscle groups. Skipping rope is good but if your a big lad, its not particularly good for your knees, so even though you do have access to all that equipment, the best equipment you could have right now is a pair of running trainers my friend. This is the best weight loss exercise.
