Generally ok - I would replace the bent over row with the one-arm or seated row though.

Only because, following the deadlift, your lower back is gonna be pretty worked, so the amount of weight you will be able to use in the bent over row will be severely comprimised.

Also, put shrugs at the end (but before the crunches) and then put the upright row in between the bench press and the military press. That way your shoulders and triceps will have time to recover before being worked again...

what does a whole training week look like for you? as in what does your split look like Eg. Mon- shoulders + triceps Tues Legs Wed Off Thurs biceps + chest Fri Off Sat ABS etc you get the idea...

what ALEXA has said is ridiculous also.... honestly that mix of exercises is horrible. Work out a proper split and then ask for advice with it.

the one thing you have got right though is including as many compound movements as possible.

Hey Jason,

Thanks for your response. Basically that is my whole training week, it's those 9 exercises 3 times a week (mon/wed/fri).

I am investing in a weights bench with lat pull down, leg extension, preacher pad & incline/decline bench so am open to any suggestions about training exercises.

Cheers :-)
