What supplements do I need?

Im 40 years old and have been exercising with weights for about 1.5 years now. I have a bit of gym equipment in my garage and read fitness magazines to help me know just what I should be doing. I have taken various supplements like protein shakes and Creatine but must admit i find the supplement thing a real minefield. There are so many different types claiming to offer different things. Could anybody tell me what i should take? I want to build lean muscle and gain a bit of size. I also find it hard to find the energy to do the weights in the first place and would also like to know what to take before training to give me an extra boost.

    hi,
there are several paths you can go down with this. i suggest you use maximuscle products as they have worked for me in sizing up.

look into Cyclone. it is a brilliant product which has worked well for me. stick to it and you’ll see results soon. it gives you muscle size and good strength.

make sure though that you are using sensible routines. very intense workouts are what you need but it is VITAL you dont overtrain because it will destroy progress. also dont spend too long training. set aside an intense split routine. each body part should only be worked on twice a week max. eat a sensible diet with high protein to add to Cyclone and lots of fruit and veg. really try to avoid alcohol, cigarettes and junk food otherwise it just doesn’t work well.

if you feel that you have put on a little flab, then get Thermobol which helps you to burn fat, but you will need to do cardio; a run twice a week is advisable.

you can add Creatine to your drinks if you feel you need more size. a really great one is adding Creatamax 300 to your Cyclone. you’ll notice further results with this, but i think that it is only necessary if you want to really start taking it very seriously or if you have sporting competitions.

finally, if you feel you workouts are not fuelled well enough, try a ‘cutting edge’ product from maximuscle. i use ‘pump up + NO2‘. have a browse on www.maximuscle.com . they make it very easy.

i hope this is helpful. do you need any other advise?
