getting bigger


hi I’m taking a mass gain stack from maximuscle because i want a bigger frame and i dont have the time to eat 5 meals a day. i do a 4 day split at the gym with abs on a Monday and a Thursday. My question is while I’m aiming and working to get bigger should i stop working on my abs or doesn’t it matter. Many thanks

    I’m also trying to get bigger quickly for the summer and find the=at compound exercises are the best (Shoulder press, bench press, lat pulldown & squats) these each work at least 3 muscles in one exercise. Aim to eat 150 grams of protein daily and push yourself in the gym and you should see results. As for abs doing sit ups etc will make you stomach look ‘bigger’ as your abs grow under your fat and push your stomach out. Best off doing abs when you are trim and the 6 pack will show, concentrate on back, chest & shoulders to look bigger.
