please help
i’m 30 and have been really lazy for about 6 months i need to get back in to shape i use to be 11 stone but now i am 12.5 stone and i’m 172cm tall what can i do to get back into shape fast , i feel so lazy and tired alot .

Hey,
If you feel lazy all the time, you first need to look at your diet…. What are you eating ? what are you drinking ? You need to reduce saturated and start eating a lot of fish/chicken/wholemeal pasta/brown rice/steamed vegetables and fruit along with small portions of seeds and nuts throughout the day. Also only drink sparkling or still water or skimmed milk. Do not drink fizzy sugar drinks.
Try this for a week before you start exercising, as your body will take a while to get used to the new diet. You might even feel a little ill in the first week you change your diet. But once your body adheres to the new diet your energy levels will go through the roof and you will want to do exercise.
For exercise I would simply start small and build with little goals in mind. Start by running tiwce a week. Jog lightly for about 5 minutes and then walk for 2 minutes. Keep doing this till you have reached 30 minutes. Continue to do this for the first 2 weeks and then up the anti. Do this 3 to 4 times a week and try increasing the time you run before you start walking (run for 8 minutes and walk for 2 minutes). So on and so forth but set yourself goals as you will get bored and start to slob again.
