please suggest -increase power
i am working out since the last two months but my prime problem was my unability to increase my strength throughout.I feel i am not able to lift weights of the same potential as my counterparts.
my instructor ays i lack power..please suggest me a remedy to increase power..i have a good diet with a proper breakfast and go to the gym regularly

ask your instructor. surely if you have your own instructor he can show you not only the exercises needed to increase power but ensure you are using good form throughout

You might simpkly be over doing it fella…. How often do you train ? If its once a week then no problem, but if its 5 to 6 times a week your body might need more time to recover and rebuild. Your friends probably are not as astrong as you but you are overdoing it.
Try doing work outs twice to three times a week with a good break inbetween. Eat healthy and well in those gaps and relax. You will come back a lot stronger I promise you.
