Hey, Is it true that the body can only absorb approx 30 grams of protein at any one time? So when eating a 12oz steak only half of the protein in this will be absorbed and half wasted?
Also does anyone use Creatine ethyl ester? If so do you belive it works better than Creatine monohydrate?

There is absolutley no research to show that the body can only absorb 30g of protein at one time……
