Bulking up

Is it possible for a 130 18 year old kid to bulk up without using supplements. or will my genetics keep me from getting big, only allowing me to get super toned??

Supplements are only that there to supplement what you should be getting in your diet. If you want to bulk up you simply need to eat a lot more; mainly protein and complex carbs (so lots of chicken, fish egg whites etc for protein) and jacket potatoes wholewheat rice and pasta etc. The traditinal way of calculating the amount of protein you need is (I think) 1g per pound of bodyweight but you may just want to get as much as you can. Personally I would take a couple of protein shakes a day as well as its an easy convenient way to get the protein you need but if you don’t want to do this just it some more tuna or chicken legs.

Oh and don’t forget to lift heavy.
