Gaining muscle mass, losing fat around belly
I am 5′9 and 150LBS, I just started stacking weight gainer and Creatine to gain muscle mass but I also want my abs to show more(they already show a little). How often and how long should I do cardio in order to lose the little fat around my abs and keep gaining muscle?

To have your abs showing, you need body fat of 8% downwards on average. So the key thing is, not how much cardio you do, but when you do it, and the heart rate which you work at. Fat loss is greater when doing cardio exercises after fasting (i.e. not eating for a few hours, so before breakfast is ideal). Also, working at between 60% and 80% of your max heart rate burns fat. upwards of this, you are doing cardiovascular training- so working the heart and not effectively using the fat store of your body as the energy source. So, to sum up, do cardio for about 30-60 mins before breakfast 3 to 4 times a week, in a different session to your weights session. It should be relatively gentle- you should be sweating but not out of breath severely.
