Routine advice


I read that setting small, realistic goals are more achievable the one big one. on this advice my goals are: tone up, reduce bodyfat, get fitter.

my question is this, could anyone let me no the best order to complete these goals in, and how i am to do it? Routine examples would be awesome and suggestions for cv work would be much appriciated.

my setbacks are full time university so i could only go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

    i also am at uni so know what you mean. do high intensity cardio at least 3 times a week to lose fat and build strong lungs. try interval training. you will find a defintion of it online
