hi my names hashim.
i need help because i have got fat on my abdominals/belly and also i have got fat on the side where the love handles normally are and i need help on getting rid of this. i also need help because my aim is to get to about 10% body fat in total on my whole body within 6 months because at the moment i have 19% body fat. At the end of this i want to have an upper body that looks like sakio bika(winner of contender 3) or jay cutler but maybe not as big as jay cutler but bigger than sakio bika. And a lower body that looks like jonnie jackson or ronnie coleman but not as big as them.

if you wanna lose fat try interval training on the treadmill alonside a fat burner. to look like your targets youll need to be lifting good weights too but dont start too heavy as this encourages bad technique. get the technique first then the weight
