Cutting and Fruit


I am looking to cut weight and I was wondering if it is OK to eat fruit during the day (ie not after a workout) or should I stay off fruit as it is unecessary sugar.

Anyone who could answer this much appreciated.

    if u want to see results fast then stick to eating fruit first thing in the morning as this is a safe time to eat sugar and you need the energy plus always have some fruit after a work out it really kick starts muscle recovery.If u do end up eating fruit during the day try to stick to low gi fruits like stawberrys and apples and avoid bananas.
