Twice a day


Hey is it bad to work out twice in one day? Working out different muscle groups of course.

    stick 2 once a day as u could end up overtraining and exhausting your muscles plus u may think that training diferent muscles is ok but you still use other muscles when training big muscles so your strength culd b low.
