Hey is it bad to work out twice in one day? Working out different muscle groups of course.

When you've answered a members query, why not upload a photo to the new gallery and the person you've helped can see who's helped them? Registering for Muscle Bulletin gives you a personal gallery to upload your photos to.

stick 2 once a day as u could end up overtraining and exhausting your muscles plus u may think that training diferent muscles is ok but you still use other muscles when training big muscles so your strength culd b low.
