not enough time
hi im 40 years young really never worked out, slim but would like to bulk up, what exerices should i do to get fit.

Compound exercises like bench presses squats shoulder presses barbell rows pull ups and deadlifts build core strength exercise more than 1 muscle and get u fit quick.
