Shifting the last bit of fat!
I was wandering if anyone could help me. I’ve been traing hard for over a year now and i liked the results i was seeing. However, even though i can see an ‘hint’ of a six pack, there is still a layer of fat which is hard to shift. i’ve changed my diet by compiling different examples form this site and leading health mags but it is still there.
Would any one be able to give me some advice as to how i could shift it?
Also, I’ve recently heard that eating a lot of fruit can be stored as fat and i’m concerned if this is the case.
Many Thanks

Yes many fruits are high in sugar so they can promote fat gain if eaten in excess. Firstly, if you drink fruit juice, this would be the first thing to stop consuming - because it’s a very concentrated form of sugar with no fibre. The main reason people don’t want to cut the fruit is that they want to be healthy. However, you don’t need to sacrifice good health because there are loads of low sugar and low GI options, including:
Berries, avocados, cucumber, grapefruit, apples……..
I’d also suggest that you can get a huge range of nutrients and anti-oxidants from calorie free sources such as green and herbal tea and herbs such as oregano and tumeric. Also do you use a fat burner like Thermobol?
