Which muscles to train in same session?
Which muscles should we train in the same gym session for best results (increase in strength and visual). I’m not asking for a scheduale, just which muscles should be trained with which for better results.
Thanks

Train all the muscles in each session.
You can’t go wrong.

like will said training all the muscles in one session i one way of training. if your doing a split tho try to train all muscles that are opposite each other as this gives best gains in my opinion. for example if your train your chest on a monday then train your back along with it. biceps, triceps and shoulders on a wednesday and then on a friday the other muscles thrown in together like legs and abs

Biceps/back. Triceps/chest. Quads/hamstrings/calves. Shoulders/Abs. You can change it all the time to suit you. But above is a rough guide to a good split. Don’t just stick to what i have said though if you don’t like it. Change to suit your preferance. I sometimes just spend one full workout on Quads as they are one of the biggest muscle groups and thrive on volume. Mix and match all the time - keep it fresh.
