gut
I feel like i am in good shape, not as big as I would like, but toned and strong, and I guess I will always strive to be bigger, but my main issue is my abs. Sometimes they look how i want but i sometimes feel like i am bloated in that area, is it in my mind or could be after certain meals or when i haven’t trained in a day or so?

Certain meals can sit heavy and make you feel bloated, if I eat pasta I find that happens to me if I eat to much. If they look the same I wouldn’t be to worried. Also it might be that when you have done a good abs workout you ache and the area feels tight for a couple of days, it might be when that feeling has gone that you feel like this.

did you know that some bodybuilders look in the mirrior and think they are too fat or too skiny,same as people who suffer from anorexicia even when they are under weight they still think they are over weight.its all in the mind,just ask people for there opinion of you .
