keeping awake


iam looking for something to keep mr going after the gym, some days i train and then want to go back to bed.

    Make sure you fuel your body with fast digesting carbs post work out as well as fast digesting protein. if your still tired look at your overall diet. Are you getting enough low GI starchy carbs to fuel your workout in teh first place, your body MAY not be getting enough enrgy in…..aslo look at taking a good multi vit, see how you go. Quick fix take a caffiene suppliment, but be clear it is a sshort term fix and a suppliment not to be relied on.

    Definatley fast digesting carbs when you finish training that will give you a boost also make sure you are getting a good 7 or 8 hours a night.
