bellys!!
i am only size 6-8 5ft but i still suffer with a belly (lower abs), i cant find any exercise to get fid of it, i swim each day but this doesnt seem to help… any ideas??

Swimming is a good exercise to keep your body supple and healthy but unless you are swimming fast and intensly you will not be burning many calories. To lose weight you need to do some intensity excersises that will burn more calories. Work the major muscles in your body like your legs and that will help to lose weight. 30 minutes on the treadmill will burn twice as many calories than a slow swim.

try to increase the intensity of your exercise or try interval training eg high intensity for 3 mins then half pace for 2 mins and repeat

hi tom here if i was you i would look in to what you are eating and how much you are eating, fat is unused cals because you are consumeing to much food in a day, swim all you want if you dont cut down on what you eat ,the belly will all ways be with you.
