ache free
has any one used the Ache Free caps which is ment to soothe muscle soreness or stop any aching from a work out, am intrested about them but not sure,

Hi Sue,
If you hve a juicer try this.
4large plum Tomaties (ripe)
one carrot (oranic if possible)don’t peel just wash, if not organic do not use carrot top
1 stck of celery with leaves
basil )agood hand full)
the juice of half a lemon, this you squeeze into the finished juice.
You can add Worchester suce and some black pepper.
it contains vitamins A,C,E, folic acid, potassium,iron and Magnesium and Lycopene which is powerful natural antioxident.
