Post injury training


I tore my trapezius in an accident about a year ago and have just been given the all clear to start exercising fully gain where as previously I could only train legs. How can I ease myself back into a training routine and what should avoid like the plague?

    whatever you do stick to light weights to begin with. last thing ya want to do is injure yourself again
