i need to lose the last small bit of fat off my gut


the past year or two i’ve mastered getting a good muscle size and a good combination of slow twitch fiber from heavy weight training 3 times a week and fast twitch fiber from outdoor circuit training 2 times a week:involving running bursts from checkpoint to checkpoint. However, although i’m happy with my general fitness levels i’m still having a small battle stripping the last tiny bit of fat off my abs which is annoying cause i train them regularly and i’ve only had little amount of success from dieting,maximuscle Thermobol and the bit of cardio that comes in my circuit training.any training or supplements you can advise? it may sound petty but it feels like my final hurdle if i can introduce something to sort it i’d be over the moon?

    Hi,

    I think you may need to look at your diet. To get that cover model look you need to be eating right 90% of the time. Not just the food you consume but also when you consume it. I’m not an expert in the area by any means so I would go any further than that.

    Also how many times a week are you hitting your ab area? This area can also be overtrained like any other muscle group so 2-3 times a week is plenty as far as I am concerned.
