Tempest


Hi,
I have recently recovered from a hernia operation which stopped me playing rugby (union) for a few years. I’ve just joined a local team and have started training reguarly. I really want to get back to 1st team rugby. In the time I’ve been off I’ve lost a lot of muscle and put on some excess midrift weight.

What products / stack would help my building up whilst improving my overall game? I would really like to lose fat and gain muscle and speed - I’ve bought the speed and strength stack but I also noticed there was another one for Hull RL. Which would be better overall and can I swap between them?
How long should I use one stack for?!?

Confusing stuff stacking!
