eat b4 long run at 6.30 am
want to know wheather I should eat b4 my 13k run at 6.30 am. I take with me a glucose drink and felt comfortable the whole time, am aiming to lose a little more body fat but obviously don’t want to have an impact on my muscles as I enjoy weight training and boxing as well.
advice please,
thank you

No need to eat b4 your run!!! you are training perfectly to reduce bodyfat! To avoid the damaging impact on your muscles make sure you replenish your body after the run with a protein drink, carbs and I recommend L-glutamine. Followed by a good breakfast, ie slow digesting carbs and protein. Scrammbled eggs and bran flakes.
