chest routines
hey, i workout each bodypart once per week. 4 workouts per week and walk for an hour my off days. just wondering regards chest routines..is it wise to split chest routines to upper one day and midddle and lower on another day or is that overtraining it. should i just stick to one chest workout per week and divide it up during that session or work upper and lower on different days. thanks

Do your whole chest in one session. Splitting it would probibly result in over training because you will still be using some of your upper and mid chest muscles when you are training your lower chest area or lower and upper when training your mid etc etc, leading to overtraining as you can’not totaly isolate one chest muscle area. Blitz your whole chest in one day.
