monday chest and bi, tuesday legs, wendnesday off, thursday back and tri, friday shoulders and calfs, weekend off. been training seriously for 3 months now. was thinking of starting sum cardio on days off or early mornings before breakfast is this a good idea to get my bodyfat down?

If you are not already doing it you may need to add two to three sessions of cardio per week (intense interval training max 45-60 mins). If you are doing cardio along with your waight training then look at reducing your calorie intake by about 200 calories per day, and see if that helps.
