toning up
Hi, Iv just come out of hospitalwhere iv been for 2 monthes. I was quite underweight and have now gained a stone and am back up to healthy, however my body fat has shot from 10% to 23% and i now have a belly! I was wondering what the best way was to tone up this mess, without loosing too much weight on the way?

Eating healthy and light training. After great weight loss your body will bang weight on very easily as it’s been waiting for this influx of food and it doesnt know when it will be fed again. Therefore holding on to it. If you eat healthly over a period of time it will balance out and you will be able to see results from training. hope this helps
