BMI value and muscle
I recently went into hospital to gain some weight as I had dropped to dangerous levels, however my BMI was ‘questionable’ because it seemed to high for what I looked like, despite being about 16. I realise I had a fair bit of muscle as Id been weight training for about 6 months so I would weigh more, so is there a way of figuring out what ur BMI would be if the muscle wasnt there? I weighed about 6 stone, im 5′2, and my body fat was 9%, and muscle 50% according to my scales.

If everything is not adding up right, go to your doctor mate, he or she will tell you bang on. If your weight was dangerously low then they will help you with a diet and tell you the best ways to help your body recover. I wouldnt consider going back to the gym just yet.
