help with rowing?
hi i train from home i have a rowing machine but unsure of good ways to train on it. iv tried doing interval training but don`t seem to burn many calories? where as if i do 45 min`s none stop i burn more calories but i`ts still only around 350 calories & i want to burn a`lot more. up to 800/1000! help would be great!!

The only thing I can suggest apart from running, swimming or joining a gym is to go at it harder. Interval training is better in my opinion, you may not see as many calories being burnt but you are working the body harder. This way of training will help you burn more fat and help you tone up.
